It looks like a storm knocked over a tree at my parents beach house and broke a couple of windows. Now we will have to find some replacement windows in virginia beach and have someone install them. We do have a person that is paid to keep an eye on the place, and he will have to be there when they are fixed. In the mean time, he has boarded them up well and so far everything is okay. I can only hope it stays that way. The local police have agreed to drive by a couple of times a day and make sure no one takes advantage of the situation.

Snow
Snow…really in march? We don’t get any all winter season barely and now we are going to have snow? This winter has been really wacky. The first half was barely winter and the second half has been winter/spring weather. I really wish mother nature would get it together and stick to one season at a time. The trees and flowers aren’t even sure if they are supposed to be growing or not.
I hope this doesn’t have an adverse effect on my garden. I planted bulbs in the fall for spring growth and they look like they were already coming up before the snow started. I will be very upset if they are harmed by the cold weather. I might have to take umbrage with mother nature for it. lol
Out for a smoke
Now that I have filled my belly, I am going outside for a smoke. I am not allowed to smoke in the house no matter what brands of cigars I smoke. My wife doesn’t want the smell in the house. I have brought home berry flavored, vanilla flavored, wine flavored, and it does not matter. She always makes me go outside. I don’t understand that since they smell just like her candles. Ah well, easier to live with her if I just go outside. I am off of here people. Night.

Beautiful garden
I wish I had thought of this when I planned out my garden. This is really amazing. I know that we don’t have the room for this kind of garden yet, but if we ever move I will have something similar. It gives me a good idea of what to look for in a house for us. Of course, there will have to be a yard for kids as well. I am not sure if I will get this garden until we have kids and they are grown and gone though.
My wife would probably be too afraid to have a pond like this with kids. I think though, if you teach them to swim in their first year, you can eliminate worry like that. Also, locking the doors that lead to a garden like this would be wise. I will show it to her and see what she thinks. I like it though. I like it a lot!
Disposable wedding cameras
Well this is neat. The mailman just delivered Disposable wedding cameras for my wife’s friend’s wedding they are planning. I never thought of such a neat idea. They are going to put them on the tables so people can take candid shots and when the camera is full, just drop it in a basket. After the honeymoon she will have them all developed and see what people took shots of. I personally cannot wait to see what is on those pictures. I have a feeling they are going to be hilarious. I know that my family will take some really funny ones just because they are all jokesters.
