We finally got the photos back from the photographers in raleigh nc. They are from our trip there with the family a few months ago and took forever. Apparently we forgot to give them the address here to send them to and then forgot we had them done. I cannot believe we gorgot about them. It was my wife who remembered the other week when we had dinner at my parents house. We go to talking about the trip and she asked about the pictures. My mom said, ” Oh gosh! I forgot all about them!” So they called the next day and the studio were really happy to hear from us. They had wondered what had happened. We were supposed to pick them up before we left, which is why they didn’t have our address here. Go figure.

Valentines present
I am trying to decide what to give the wife for Valentines day. I am thinking about several different choices but she really loves perfume oils, so I know that will probably be one of her gifts. I usually get her a couple of different gifts, but I am well aware of her favorites. she likes the oils because the fragrance lasts longer than other types of perfumes.
Personalized napkins
I found something neat. Most people order them for weddings, but you can do it for any occasion. I am going to order personalized napkins for my family reunion. We have a family reunion every year on the Fourth of July. It is a tradition that has been in our family for longer than I have been alive. Family flies in from all over to celebrate the fourth here with us. Occasionally there will be a member or two who just can’t make it, but we try to help them if the reason is financial. We always want to make sure that no one is ever left out. After all, family is what matters the most in life.

Hey, I think this hcg stuff might help me loose the weight I put on over the holidays. My wife told me that her sister has been taking it and it has worked great for her. I don’t really like to diet or anything like that, but my pants are just a little too tight for comfort right now. I hope this works for me, because I don’t feel like having to buy new pants so I can be comfortable at work. It is the worse thing for a man, to be uncomfortable at work. I will give it a try and see what happens.
I think I gained ten pounds
I still feel like an over stuffed turkey. It’s two days after Christmas and I swear I gained ten pounds. I cannot believe I ate so much over the holiday. Our parents sent home a ton of food as well, so the fridge is full as well. I might have to put a lock on it to keep myself from indulging in the pies that are in there. I have a feeling though, that half of that food will get thrown away. After all, there is only so many nights of left overs a person can take. I am already wanting a steak for dinner instead. Ah well, I hate wasting food even more so, I guess I am stuck for another couple of days of leftovers.
